Theatre Under The Stars is a new annual event presented by The PACT Theatre Company in partnership with The City of Mobile: Parks & Recreation Department and presented by Hargrove Foundation and iHeart Radio. This event promises to bring high-quality theatre to a local park each year.
Your support helps create this event to be a success. As we embark on this new endeavor, we seek partners who share our passion for the arts and are committed to positively impacting our community.
We are looking for local businesses, vendors, food trucks, and anyone else to help create a true community event.
Vendor Registration
Calling all local and national businesses! We have the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your company.
One Weekend: $30
Both Weekends: $50
Each booth space comes with one 6ft table and two chairs. You are allowed to bring your own tent, display, etc.
Power is available for an extra fee.

Food Truck Registration
Calling all food trucks! We need you to help create a spectacular event.
All food trucks must have proper licensing and permits that is required by The City of Mobile and the City of Mobile: Parks & Recreation Department. Please email us at tarzan@thepactmobile.com for more info.
Food Trucks are not required to pay a fee to set up.
Important Info:
- Must be set up by 5pm
- Must be ready to open by 5:30pm
- Must stay through performance (approx end time is 9:15pm)

Advertising
A perfect way to showcase your small business or large corporation is by placing an ad in our program!
Ads start at $75!
Our productions pull an audience from 5 states and many counties in Alabama, and we expect this event to bring in people from surrounding states as well. This would be the perfect opportunity to showcase your organization by placing an ad in our full-color program. The program will be in the hands of 3,500+ people over two weeks, Our patrons are excited to explore local and regional businesses, especially local art organizations.
Pre-Show Entertainers
Calling all choir, dance team or school, musician, band, solo artist or any other form of entertainment, we have the perfect opportunity for you to perform as part of our pre-show entertainment!
Important Info:
- Run-Through/Sound Check will be from 5:30-6pm
- Performance slots begin at 6:10pm and last until 6:50pm
- All performers may stay and watch the performance of Tarzan for free
- All family and friends will receive a discount code to purchase tickets to watch the pre-show performance and the performance of Tarzan.

Sponsorships & Donors
Calling all local and national businesses! We have the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your company, celebrate our community, and support the arts and arts education! We need YOUR help to make sure this event is a success for our community!

Volunteer Registration
Calling all volunteers! We need you!
We need a large team of volunteers each night to help create the magic of Theatre Under The Stars!
You do not have to have volunteered with us before, anyone is welcome!
On the nights you volunteer, you get:
- One free soda/water at The PACT concession area
- Access to our volunteer tent each night to refill your personal water bottles, and light snacks
- 20% off tickets to another night of the show!*
*applicable for this show only. Can not be carried over.
Volunteer Orientation: November 8 at 6pm
Followed by the last rehearsal of Disney’s Tarzan that are you are welcome to stay and watch.
