All ticket orders are subject to handling fees of $7 per ticket. There is no additional charge when tickets are delivered via Email. Tickets will be emailed 24-hours in advance. There is a $5 per order charge for tickets picked up at will call. When purchasing a ticket military, membership or corporate employment restrictions, please present applicable ID at the time of ticket pick-up. Failure to have applicable ID will result in the loss of the discount with no refund option.
Season subscribers may exchange tickets 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production.
Individual ticket holders will be charged $4 per ticket to exchange, and any difference in ticket cost (discount codes do not carry over). This must be done at least 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets. We do not offer exchanges for performances missed or done less than 24 hours prior to the date printed on the ticket.
Exchanging on the Day Of Performance: In special circumstances where tickets need to be exchanged on the day of the performance, a $10 exception exchange fee will be charged per ticket.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or used retroactively. Discounts cannot be applied to Price Level 3 or 4 unless specified.
If an event cannot begin because of weather conditions, The PACT; will hold the performance for approximately 30 minutes. At that time conditions will be evaluated, and a decision will be made whether the event can continue. Weather conditions often improve so events are not cancelled in advance. Some events may continue in the rain.
If a MainStage performance is canceled prior to intermission, patrons may:
If a performance is canceled after intermission, exchange options will be determined at The PACT’s sole discretion. Notification will be sent via email.
If a concert or special event is canceled during the first 45 minutes or prior to intermission, whichever comes first, patrons may receive the value of their tickets on an exchange certificate which works like a gift certificate and is valid for any PACT performance in the next 12 months. If a concert or event is canceled after 45 minutes or during/after intermission, there are no refunds or credits given.
If a mainstage show is canceled prior to intermission or a Concert/Special Event is cancelled in the first 45 minutes for non-weather-related reasons, patrons have the following options:
Refunds may be issued for non-weather-related cancelations at The PACT’s sole discretion. Handling, processing, and delivery fees are retained by The PACT.
All MainStage tickets are non-refundable unless covered by Ticket Protection. For peace of mind, Ticket Protection is available for $6 per ticket to cover show cancellation due to weather or specified personal emergencies. Ticket Protection is only available at the time of ticket purchase. It is not available after the ticket purchase is completed.
Ticket Protection Policy for The PACT’s MainStage Productions
Ticket Protection reimburses you for the cost of your show tickets if You are unable to use Your ticket(s) due to one or more of the following Covered Reasons:
PLEASE NOTE: Proof of valid reason must be provided to obtain your refund.
Ticket Protection is valid for the date of the initial purchase only. If tickets are exchanged for a different date, Ticket Protection must be purchased for the new date for coverage to be valid.
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 7 business days of missed performance.
Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment on the order.
The cost of Ticket Protection and all fees are not refundable.
Unused tickets may be donated to the theatre for a tax credit if released prior to date and time on the tickets.
All patrons 2 years and older must be ticketed. A child ticket may be purchased for guests aged 2-12 years old. Guests may bring their own backless booster seat for small children, provided it does not hinder other guests. Parents assume all responsibility. Children’s tickets are not retroactive, following the no refund policy. Children under the age of 13 must be present with an adult chaperone.
Tickets may be purchased at the theatre 45 minutes prior to show time.
The PACT Theatre Company is wheelchair accessible. Feel free to arrive early for special assistance and priority seating.
Theatre Under The Stars takes place outdoors in a grassy field.
Life happens – and we understand, but as they say, “the show must go on.” Our front-of-house staff will do their best to seat latecomers as courteously as possible. Thanks, in advance, for understanding that we may be unable to seat you in your previously purchased seats if you arrive after the show begins.
The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. All cell phones must be turned off or placed on silent mode during the performance.

Theatre Under The Stars parking is first-come-first-serve for al parking lots. Please check your email for a parking map.

The PACT Theatre Co. strongly recommends that tickets be purchased only directly from The PACT (in person, over the phone or at thepactmobile.com). The PACT is not responsible for the validity of tickets, or prices paid, for tickets purchased through third party sources such as eBay, Craigslist, ticket brokers or others. The PACT reserves the right to not honor tickets purchased from third party sources which are determined, in The PACT’s sole opinion, to have been altered, duplicated or counterfeited. The PACT also reserves the right to cancel any ticket which, in The PACT’s sole opinion, was purchased with the intent of reselling the ticket at a price higher than what The PACT charges. The PACT reserves the right to cancel any voucher (including tickets issued as the result of redeeming a voucher) if it is determined, in The PACT’s sole opinion, that the voucher was resold.
