All sales are final. Season subscribers may exchange tickets 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production.
Individual ticket holders will be charged $4 per ticket to exchange, and any difference in ticket cost (discount codes do not carry over). This must be done at least 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets. We do not offer exchanges for performances missed or done less than 24 hours prior to the date printed on the ticket.
Exchanging on the Day Of Performance: In special circumstances where tickets need to be exchanged on the day of the performance, a $10 exception exchange fee will be charged per ticket.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or used retroactively. Discounts cannot be applied to Price Level 3 or 4 unless specified.
If a performance is cancelled, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. If tickets are unable to be exchanged, we ask that patrons consider making a tax-deductible donation of their tickets.
Unused tickets may be donated to the theatre for a tax credit if released prior to date and time on the tickets.
Tickets may be purchased at the theatre 45 minutes prior to show time.
The PACT Theatre Company is wheelchair accessible. Feel free to arrive early for special assistance and priority seating.
Life happens – and we understand, but as they say, “the show must go on.” Our front of house staff will do their absolute best to seat latecomers as courteously as possible. Thanks, in advance, for your understanding that we may be unable to seat you in your previously purchased seats if you arrive after the show begins.
The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. All cell phones must be turned off or placed on silent mode during the performance.
We offer free parking in the lot directly in front of our facility.
All ticket policies apply to online purchases.
All patrons 2 years and older must be ticketed. A child ticket may be purchased for guests aged 2-12 years old. Guests may bring their own backless booster seat for small children, provided it does not hinder other guests. Parents assume all responsibility. Children’s tickets are not retroactive, following the no refund policy. Children under the age of 13 must be present with an adult chaperone.
