Handling fees: A per-ticket handling fee will be charged for all orders based on the price of the ticket, fees range from $1-$5.

Age recommendation: We recommend patrons be ages 5 and up. Everyone must have a ticket. Any patron ages 3 & above must have a paid ticket. Call the Box Office if you have questions about a specific production. Please note that any child that causes disruption may be asked to exit the theatre if distractions occur. Children pricing applies through 15 years old

Refunds: There are no refunds on tickets. We do offer Booking Protect, read below to learn more about this ticket add-on.

Exchanges and donations: Ticket exchanges or donations must be made by 3 p.m. on the day of your scheduled evening performance (11 a.m. for a matinee) with the Box Office. Exchange fees may apply. No exchanges for special events or presentations. See below for more information regarding exchanges.

Changes or cancellations: Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation.

Third-party tickets: No exchanges, donations, returns or refunds will be issued for any tickets listed for sale through brokers, agencies or third-party sellers (see note below).

Late seating: If you arrive after the show begins, you will be admitted during a break in the action to help keep distractions to a minimum. You may be seated in an alternate location.

Discounts: Discount levels are subject to modification or deletion at any time. The PACT Theatre Company reserves the right to restrict, change the criteria, or eliminate discounts based on market demand and when a performance is expected to sell out. Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are only guaranteed when a ticket is purchased for a specific performance on a specific date.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY AT THE PACT THEATRE COMPANY
No animals are permitted in our theatres during performances unless they are ADA Certified Service Animals. Emotional support animals are not permitted in our theatres.

TICKET FEES
All ticket orders are subject to fees up to $5 per ticket. There is no additional charge when tickets are delivered via Email. There is a $3 per order delivery charge to have tickets mailed. There is no fee for tickets to picked up at will call. Every ticket purchase has a processing fee. When purchasing a ticket with residency, retired military, membership or corporate employment restrictions, please present applicable ID at the time of ticket pick-up. Failure to have applicable ID will result in the loss of the discount with no refund option.

TICKET EXCHANGES
If you have been exposed to the Covid virus or are feeling ill on the date that you are scheduled to attend a performance, please follow the CDC guidelines and stay home. Call our friendly box office at 251.307.5056 as early as possible and we would be happy to exchange your tickets to another performance at no additional charge.

Concerts and Special Events
Tickets for concerts and special events are not exchangeable.

Mainstage Productions
Regular priced tickets for mainstage shows may be exchanged with at least 24 hours advance notice, as follows:

  • Exchanging for a Specific Performance Date of the Same Show:Most tickets can be exchanged upon the payment of an exchange fee of $4 per ticket.
  • Exchanging To A Different Show:Most tickets can be exchanged for a Ticket voucher which may be used for any other PACT Theatre Company production in the same calendar year upon the payment of an exchange fee of $8 per ticket. Ticket vouchers cannot be carried over to future years or seasons. This voucher will remain on your ticket account for the current production season.
  • Exchanging on the Day Of Performance: In special circumstances where tickets need to be exchanged on the day of the performance, a $10 exception exchange fee will be charged per ticket.
  • Promotional Or Deeply Discounted Tickets (35% Or Higher): Special promotional tickets (Radio, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) , deeply discounted tickets (35% or higher), and complimentary tickets, are not exchangeable. These tickets may only be used for the performance date on the ticket.

Tickets are never refundable even if the performance is canceled. Under certain circumstances, you may be able to exchange the tickets to another performance of the same show during the same season.

BOOKING PROTECT
We hope you will be able to attend and enjoy all events you book with us, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way!

We are pleased to be able to offer refund protection through our partnership with Booking Protect. This refund protection allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes injury, illness, travel trouble, and other unexpected events. Full details can be found in the terms and conditions.

The option to buy refund protection will be automatically offered at the time of booking Please note, the cost is automatically calculated based on the total amount of your order.

The PACT Theatre Company strongly recommends that tickets be purchased only directly from The PACT (in person, over the phone or at www.thepactmobile.org). The PACT Theatre Company is not responsible for the validity of tickets, or prices paid, for tickets purchased through third party sources such as eBay, Craigslist, ticket brokers or others. The PACT Theatre Company reserves the right to not honor tickets purchased from third party sources which are determined, in The PACT Theatre Company’s sole opinion, to have been altered, duplicated or counterfeited. The PACT Theatre Company also reserves the right to cancel any ticket which, in The PACT Theatre Company’s sole opinion, was purchased with the intent of reselling the ticket at a price higher than what The PACT Theatre Company charges. The PACT Theatre Company reserves the right to cancel any voucher (including tickets issued as the result of redeeming a voucher) if it is determined, in The PACT Theatre Company’s sole opinion, that the voucher was resold.

The PACT Theatre Company retains the right to change these policies at any time for any reason.
